Intelligence was the binding constraint
Organizations have always been shaped by the cost of thinking, coordinating and deciding. Hierarchies, headcount, departments and software seats are all artifacts of that cost. When the cost falls sharply, the shapes change.

Adding AI to old software is a small idea
Most incumbent products will add assistants to interfaces designed for human data entry. That improves an old workflow. It does not redesign the work. The larger opportunity is companies whose entire operating model assumes reasoning is cheap.
